FAQ
Standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, but is subject to change depending on the volume of orders. If there is a large volume of orders and the turnaround time is longer than normal, you will be notified!
The size chart should be used as a guideline and can be seen here. All suits generally run true to size, so it is recommended to purchase your normal size, but check our the size chart page for further information! If you have any specific questions about sizing, feel free to dm @swimbyshea on Instagram or email support@swimbyshea.com.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your suit is made and has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number available to track your order.
Unfortunately due to the small scale of the business, and the fact that everything is hand made to order for you, returns are not currently accepted. However, if the item is faulty or you ordered the wrong size, exchanges are accepted! All tags and sanitary lining must still be in place in order for the exchange to be valid and accepted. Please keep underwear on when trying on bottoms for sanitary reasons. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for the exchange.
Always hand wash your suit in cold water, with a mild, gentle cleanser. Do not wring out suit as this can cause damage to the fibers in the material. Instead, gently use a towel and roll your suit inside to absorb excess water. Air dry, lay flat to dry (out of the sun). Avoid rough surfaces to prevent snagging.
